This writes preferences.profileDestination only and preserves owner-login landing. The preview above is read back directly from the preferences table.

Owner login landing

Unset in the DB is not empty behavior: owner login mirrors the scanner route when that route is Social or Business, and falls back to the social editor for custom/public-only routes. Saving here makes the landing explicit and preserves scanner route.

Preference flags

Theme/privacy/lock are separate preference flags. Saving them preserves both routing knobs.

Login credentials

Leave password empty to keep the current hash. New passwords are stored using PHP-compatible bcrypt.

Contact + display

Mobile changes are saved as the canonical current value so legacy profile readers cannot fall back to an older active row.

Assets + company information

This updates the profileImage path used by the profile. It does not upload image bytes from your computer.

Display-image changes are saved as the canonical current value; company, quote, and location keep their existing legacy behavior.
